2008

• Jay Anderson, BS in GISci 2006, MS in GISci, started a full time position as a GIS Analyst at Moore County, North Carolina. 

2007

• Sarah (Isangu) Barnes, MS in GISci, is now working at ESRI's regional office in Olympia, Washington. (11/03/07)
• Timothy Oladunni, MS in GIsci, accepted a position as a GIS Analyst at Group 0.  After receiving his MS in GISci last year, he completed the Graduate Certificate Program in Data Mining in Spring 2008. 
• Jim Pytko, BS in GISci and Biology, currently enrolled in the MSGISci Program at CMU.
• Michael Sayers, BS in GISci, currently enrolled in the MSGISci Program at CMU.
• Qingling Zhang, MS in GISci, currently a Ph.D. candidate at Boston University.

• Kelly Pilarsky, MS in GISci, is a GIS specialist for the Saginaw Chippewa Tribe in Mount Pleasant, Michigan.

• Joseph Gilberg, MS in GISci (BS, 2001), head of the GIS Department, Water Concepts, Austin, Texas. Watershed Concepts provides a holistic approach to water resources management and emphasizes the development and use of advanced Geographic Information Systems methodology and customized software applications.
• John Nelson, MS in GISci (BS, 2001), is currently lead User Interface Designer for IDV Solutions, a Grand Ledge, MI based GIS solutions company.
• Eric Daly, BS in GISci (2004), GIS Coordinator for Eaton County, MI.

• Shawn Sanchez, BS with triple majors in Geography (GIS, Landuse Planning / Environmental Analysis, Earth Science, and Social Science. Shawn obtained a MS in Physical Geography at EMU in 2003. He is currently a Project Manager in the Regulatory Enforcement Branch of the US Army Corps of Engineers' Detroit District. Shawn also teaches Physical Geography at the Henry Ford Community College as an Adjunct Instructor.
